Prepare the Package

Securely pack your unused items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and any promotional materials are included.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
